"Appartement propre et confortable. Une cuisine fonctionnelle avec une grande casserole (pratique pour une famille), une machine à café...La literie est confortable (même le canapé lit). La localisation est très pratique. Il y a le métro, la boulangerie et un monoprix à proximité. Le jardin des plantes est en face de l'appartement. Grand ascenseur. Communication facile avec l'hôte. Seul petit bémol, il n'y a pas de rideaux occultants et c'est une grande ville donc prévoir les boules quies! Il manque aussi un égouttoir pour la vaisselle."

"Exactly as the photos show. Top thing is location, Barrio Latino es one of the best spots to stay en paris. Very good food around with good prices. Well connected to everywhere as there is a bus stop 1 block away and metro/train 2 blocks. Nice park in front of the building. Must mention that being in the 5th floor with elevator is a plus. We had an inconvenient with the shower as it wasn’t heating but Hosts were super responsive and helpful and got sorted out. Even though the second bend is the couch, is easily converted and no need of making the bed. Recommend this place!"
